How long does the transition take? +
Less than a week. The day you sign, we access your systems and run a preliminary audit. You get those results within 48 hours and we start working on your old claims immediately. With insurance turnaround times, you should see a meaningful difference by Day 25-30.
Will I lose revenue during the switch? +
No. We work to ensure no claim gets lost in any transition. We do not rush into any technology changes. If we get in and see there's a lot to do, we'll delay changes until we've collected the outstanding claims and reached a more stable point.
